The “Hook” cue, one of Meucci’s earlier original designs, is still a very sought after cue. The Birdseye maple forearm has four eye catching points. The black center of the points have an inlaid cue aiming at a cue ball and two pool balls. The vibrant red inlaid veneer outline that surrounds the points add contrast and carry out the design at the joint and sleeve of the cue. Note the black diamond shape in the sleeve with the red hook, to represent the pool player term, “Hooking” your opponent. This well designed cue has a black with white speck linen wrap with polyurethane finish.
