Joe Sanko was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota on December 31, 1945. The day before his 18th birthday he enlisted in the Army and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. After his service Joe started and owned a successful custom boat top business which he continued after moving to Naples, Florida in 1989. It was there when his other passion blossomed from a hobby to another successful business, building custom cues. His cues have become known for having some of the finest craftsmanship and designs of any custom cue maker in the world. Each cue is a hand-made, unique work of art that will never be replicated. These are the last cues Joe ever made before he died in 2008.
